Lifecycle Update: Ceph is ROCKing now!

I've been actively working on Ceph OCI images for as long as Ubuntu based Ceph OCI images have existed. Since we published our first container image we've been working on allied scripting, automated testing through LXD and lots and lots of documentation for usage with Cephadm and Rook. However, the container image has stayed the same (more or less). This changes today (July 28th, 2023) as we've now formally moved from Dockerfile based OCI build system to rockcraft!

But this change basically means that we now do not depend cluttered bash scripts in a Dockerfile to prepare our container images but use net 100'ish lines of declarative yaml to do the same. This also means that we would be able to easily use chiselled binaries in order to make our Images leaner. So Cheers!
